CedCommerce eBay Integration

I am an experienced ebay seller and have branched out to setting up my own website on Shopify. Using this tool and the associated import tool has made my transition to Shopify very straightforward. Everything I have needed to do has been supported. When I have not specifically known how to use the App, support has been offered immediately and we have worked through any lack of understanding I have had to a working resolution. We've been using CedCommerce as our eBay integration solution for over a year now, and overall we are highly satisfied with the functionality, ease of use and performance of the app as well as the support provided by the CedCommerce team when needed.

After trialing a number of eBay connection apps, we settled on CedCommerce and are more than happy with the performance.

We are running the Silver Account which allows us to process up to 500 eBay orders per month. Orders are syndicated into Shopify allowing full order management in one system. Fulfillment is then synced back to eBay meaning a seamless order management process.

The app has enabled us to apply price multipliers to our products in order to cater for eBay fees and to provide free shipping to eBay customers without losing margin. Once we learned how to manage this, it has been easy to roll this out to our full product range with ease.

If you are looking to add eBay as a new sales channel for your Shopify store, I would not hesitate to recommend CedCommerce as your solution to do so.

The app works very well.
Syncing is very smooth and product export does not take more than 5 seconds.
