Downgrading my original 2* to 1* due to problems with functionality, now uninstalled.
The functionality is OK but they are really let down by poor customer service, I have twice sent the same support request, both times I got an automated reply that there would be a response in 24 hours. However in both cases nothing received.

Only works with products that have SKUs. If you make and sell your own products this app won’t work. I wasn’t able to verify that it does anything because of that limitation.

I have recently downloaded this app. I have asked for help to run through and set up eBay Integration. I have now had the assistance needed and it is working great. If you have been managing a Shopify store for a long time, you'll find the CedCommerce platform quite familiar. The app can automatically match existing eBay listings with your products on Shopify (this was a MUST for us since we have rich multimedia on our eBay listings and want to be distinct from standard listings. To do so, match your SKU on your eBay listings with your Shopify products' SKU. I had to reach out to the CedCommerce team once so they could finish checking three products that, for whatever reason, couldn't match automatically (This is probably because those eBay listings have videos and other complex elements in the description). They solved this mystery in 3 minutes. We are new customers. Therefore, we will assess the reliability of fulfilling orders from eBay through this app in the next couple of months.
