Started pretty good. Ended very poorly. Had to scrap all the effort invested and use the leading competitor's service, which is where I should've started to begin with. I hope these guys can get it together.

When i started to use the app, i got stuck on few things. Then i reached out for the help and the response was really quick. The team member are always ready to help. I had some issues in understanding the ebay integration. However, Neha made me understand the process very patiently and made me learn new things as well.

All customer service requests in chat are responded to within minutes and the issues are always resolved. The app works as expected and imports the orders without any issues. The customer service team is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this app.

First review: Yep, a bit confusing at first, but online help was excellent and sorted out initial issues quickly. Happy so far ...

Update Aug 2023: Inventory updates have stopped working! Not sure if this has something to do with emails I recieved "advising" that I should upgrade from a free account to a paid account (if I didn't, my free plan would be "limited"), but very frustrating and impacting my customers, and livelihood...

After the initial issues we had were resolved we have now started using the app again and it is working well. The customer service has been excellent from all of the team as well

Der Kundensupport ist hilfsbereit und unheimlich schnell. Hat ein Problem im Chat innerhalb von Minuten behoben. Die App selbst funktioniert tadellos (Wir verwenden sie mit Shopify). Haben jetzt auf Bronze upgegradet. Sehr empfehlenswert!
