This app has been such an amazing time saver for me. After the initial set up, with some help from the team, the app seamlessly syncs my orders and inventory between Ebay and Shopify. Before I installed Ebay Marketplace Integration I was manually syncing my inventory which was so time consuming and I sometimes miscalculated - not anymore. I also love being able to see my orders from Ebay and Shopify in one place.
Listing new products from my Shopify store to Ebay is an absolute breeze now.
Tech support has been amazing and so quick to respond when I needed help setting up. The guys went out of their way to patiently explain things, answer my questions and made sure I understood the app completely.
Thanks for the great app guys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone.

I started working with the app on Thursday and I had to reach out for help on one topic. The quick chat for support got me a person quickly. They resolved a simple issue and I was able to set up my first listing. I added 10 more to just see how everything worked.
I got my first sale on Friday and had an issue due to me not having any inventory on one variant in my Shopify store. Again, the support chat quickly advised on what the problem was and helped fix it quickly.
I have to give it 5 stars for integrating nicely and for the great support.

The App is great and is the closest thing similiar to the original ebay app that was discontineud back in 2022. Our store is an overtstock store and this app works seamlessly for what we intend to list onto ebay.

An german translation for the app would be great.
Overall the app connect with ebay, most steps are self explain. You could improve the Product Menu for more Usability (Template must be setup before Profile).
Very helpful and fast support at any time with no costs in the free version that helps me very much. Thanks to all!

Worst app to connect with your eBay shop. Had this app for one year and many problems with it. It had always issues while synchronizing the inventory which caused the problem that I sold items on ebay which weren't available anymore.
Also this app is not able to upload products from your shopify shop to ebay, you always have to put the products on eBay by yourself and then connect them to the products in your shopify shop.
The app is also very expensive.
They couldn't refund my money after I deleted the app now I have to pay 199USD for a year we're I will not use this app.
2 weeks ago I found the app "eBay Integration & Sync - DPL" which is much more user friendly and also has the option to upload directly for shopify. It's much cheaper and is constantly being upgraded.
This app has fantastic customer support via the chat box and their reps actually know their product.
