I was really impressed with the level of support from the CedCommerce team. They called me directly and walked me through the entire setup process step by step, which made everything so much easier to understand. The app itself is user-friendly and works well for syncing my Amazon,eBay, Etsy, and Walmart listings with Shopify. I have had a problem with out of stocks on an ongoing basis, most of the agents are always pointing fingers as you did this or that. I am a sole proprietor and I know I did it, it was not beneficial to get me riled up by always accusing me.

Today was different, I had an order not sync and went to the chat to see what had happend. Sahil Pandey was my agent today, no finger pointing, just this is why, and then options to fix it without me having to jump through hoops. I really appreciated Sahil's style if you want to call it something, of dealing with me. Sahil even created the order for me. No one, no one has ever offered that before.

I recommend this App because it helps me save time when uploading or editing products to eBay. Umar has been very patient with me, he helps me with my queries and made my life easier. Thank you Umar and this appy is highly recommended!!

Super buggy software. Almost everything appears to be done in batch instead of real-time because you have to trigger most things through menu items. There are many steps to getting a product on Ebay and then when you do get one on, sometimes CED gets out of sync and you have to do everything again. It's also not intuitive to me and does not follow the logic of how you would sell on Ebay. It's also a separate app and not integrated into the Shopify UI.

Really nice app. I tried other apps but they didn't work...

This one finally worked and the customer service is good. I also use their Amazon Integration, really good quality Apps.
