Webgility is great, and Nikhlesh at the support desk was very helpful with any issues we had. Highly recommended!
We have worked with several other companies to try to automate our postings from Shopify into QuickBooks (or even an intermediary Inventory Software). We have found that WEBGILITY offers what we have been looking for with a very user-friendly transaction sync that will save our accounting team countless hours. Prerit has been a wonderful help with learning Webgility. He helped with the issues I was having and was very patient and understanding as I was learning the process. Am very thankful he was there to help me out.

Our implementation guide was Prerit Agrawal, He is a very patient human. He had multiple people on zooms asking questions at the same time. We have successfully set up two store on webgility. We have a couple more to go. I don't think I could do it myself, but will schedule another zoom when we are ready.
Prerit explained what we would accomplish on each zoom and then would stick to the schedule and get it done. He is very knowledgeable about your product and knows quite a bit about Quickbooks.

Off to an excellent start. I feel much more comfortable after the extensive onboarding with the help of Prerit. Would recommend Webgility if you are looking to integrate QB with Shopify.

Webgility is absolutely amazing!! The amount of time it saves us in data entry alone is astounding and then with their intelligence feature and other benefits... it truly aids in becoming an omnichannel ecommerce company. The onboarding and implementation training is very thorough and helpful! It's so great to know we have support at all times and aren't just left hanging and trying to learn and figure out the system alone. The customer service has been extremely superb and I'm so grateful to have found this tool!!
