We have a rather large 7 figure E-comm business and had been using Netsuite for over 10 years. Netsuite became cost prohibitive and during our research to find new software we came across webgility. It was a perfect match for us since we were already using Quickbooks.
We have dealt with a lot of software companies in our business history and Webgility provides some of the best technical support we have ever experienced. From the onboarding team to the daily support this company is great. I high recommend using Webgility.
Satisfies all needs around automatically recording sales transactions in Quickbooks. The frequent and quick syncs also aid in updating transactions efficiently.
The manual process of importing and posting from our sales channels was becoming time consuming. After much research, we decided on Webgility as the connector from our sales channels to our Azure cloud server and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. The installation process was very simple and did not have any negative effects on our server processes. Webgility provided multiple onboarding Zoom trainings, separating each relevant component of the application by training session. We worked with Faizan Sheikh, who was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient. Faizan took each element and explained the function and operation instructions in a very step-by-step and detailed manner. After our last training today, Webgility is fully operational, there are no issues and the integration processes are running transparently downloading and posting orders, payouts and settlement reports directly into QuickBooks. Webgility is the solution to connect your QuickBooks Desktop with your sales channels. Thank you Faizan and the rest of the Webgility team for making our work easier.

This is great for me since I was able to get my issues taken care of and leaving with more knowledge. We went from the sales channels, Amazon, Shopify and added Walmart to integrate into Quickbooks.
I have Webgility working on five stores. I have been using Webgility for 11 years, most recently in the last two months I have added my Shopify cart to Webgility as well. After a large Quickbooks crash in which I needed to repopulate all of my orders for three months, I would not have been able to do it without Webgility.
So very thorough in helping us link our new Shopify to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. Several challenges arose due to our requests. Saad was available for additional meetings and offered excellent solutions. We expect this automation will be a tremendous asset to our daily operations.
Works great with Quickbooks Enterprise, we post the sales receipts consolidated to match deposits and not overburden QB with too many sales receipts.
I wished Webgility for QB Online worked the same, but consolidation only works with automation in that version and therefore does not line up with deposits. It needs a manual consolidation option like desktop.
This app has already saved me a ton of time with processing in orders and keeping my store synced with my Quickbooks. The on boarding process was thorough. They took as much time to teach me how to utilize the app as I needed to fully understand. They listened to my concerns and found solutions where needed. Great experience.
So far this app is amazing and the customer service is top notch. Saying this from the point of an over 50 year old that is not technology savvy. Works excellent with Quickbooks enterprise so far.
The onboarding went well and Faizan was very informative. The app is well written and very user-friendly. We are using it to connect our Shopify store to Quickbooks enterprise to process drop-ship orders. This app will be a great asset.
