I suggest anyone using Shopify Payments as their payments gateway avoid this app. We began using Unify almost a year ago. Because Shopify Payments deducts their fees from their payouts we were unable to match transactions in QuickBooks Online, our accounting software. Unify’s solution was a complicated, time consuming, error prone daily process, which created problem entries in our balance sheet. Unify management refused to put my feature request on their development team’s road map.
I found another solution, Cloud Cart Connector. This app’s development team had my feature request installed in less than one hour. CCC’s USA based support is excellent. As soon as I installed Cloud Cart Connector I felt that a huge burden had been lifted off my back.
I purchased Webgility months ago and I had an amazing experience both with the program and with the employees. Today I needed help finishing the setup of my shopify to webgility and I had the pleasure of speaking to Himanshu who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much
Very versitile application that allows the elimination of a large amount of manual data entry. I was greatly supported by Prerit Agrawal in the integration requirements. I wasn't prepared for the amount of decisions necessary to fully implement initially. Prerit was great at explaining and assisting in making decisions.
This app is what I need to improve work flow and sales. The implementation has been easy thanks to FZ. The inventor sync is awesome and the QuickBooks integration will be the biggest time saver for not only filling orders but also for my accountant.
Works great, syncs very well. It does exactly what we needed with no issues. Good customization in sync options.
User friendly app. Did what it said it will do. Great customer service - a human answered the phone and we had help all along the way, as needed. Nice built-in help pages for various tasks. Also, Faizan gave us excellent training and was patient with our team as we asked questions and learned the processes. Wish we had found this app a long time ago!
very good customer service - they'll do everything for you. my shopify is now linked with quickbooks with everything flowing in nicely. they do need to help with setup via phone or zoom, but once you're set up, the app is easy to use.

DO NOT do it. I had signed up for the Lite program for $15/month. For 12 months, they charged me $49/month. They will NOT respond to you. DO NOT use them. I would manually enter your transactions before you spend your hard earned money on this scam company.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. Their overage charges are absurd and after cancelling 4 days before our renewal date, they charged my credit card for $11,668.00 two days later. They refuse to give the money back. They say their policy requires 7 days notice. They are unhelpful rude thieves.
You cannot put a price on the convenience this app offers. It has paid for itself many times over in terms of productivity. We are no longer focusing our time on creating sales receipts, but instead growing our essential oil business. This app gives us the ability to spend more hands on time with our customers needs and less time on paperwork.
