I faced a problem with a few payouts not syncing properly from Webgility Desktop to QuickBooks Desktop. Aditi Verma provided excellent support, logging in remotely to adjust the payment mapping and resolve the issue. I’m incredibly grateful for the assistance, which allowed me to get back to managing my business smoothly and effectively.

I highly recommend webgility if you want to automate sales from shopify and Amazon into Quickbooks. We have had a smooth setup thanks to Kshitij Tiwari, our implementation specialist. We started with Shopify and are now finalizing Amazon. We get far more detailed information from Amazon than how we were doing it before and we can get this daily, real-time which is wonderful. I searched the internet for something that would work with my on-premise Quickbook and Shopify for a few years and have tried many apps to find out that they didn't do the complete automation I needed for my organization.

Yes, it was very disheartening, but I decided to re-key in my search features and I've found Webgility and went through a demo and it did what I've been needing an application to do for a few years now.

I'm not located in North America, so a lot of the previous applications needed for me to be within the US, even though I was told by the salesperson, that shouldn't be an issue.
