Sanket is the best! I had a problem with the Shopify sales connecting my updated Quickbooks. It took 3 phone calls and a few hours to resolve my issues. Sanket was so patient with me, stuck with it, and resolved all of my issues. A few times, he would consult with his colleagues, Webgility has a great team of customer service professionals. I also liked, I talked to a person, not a machine trying to answer my questions. It was a frustrating situation, which Sanket calmly fix for me.

Webgility has been a great help in automating our sales order and Quickbooks accounting processes. The integration team gave us all the time we needed and ensured our success. Most importantly, Swapna, our technical support person has been very responsive and most helpful with quick responses and deep knowledge of the application.
