I am impressed by Webgility. Faizen was helpful and knowledgable. The only thing that would be better was Webgility's ability to get the meeting times right. We had to reschedule a few times because their meeting times were off.

Webgility has made it easy to connect my Amazon shop, Shopify store and Quickbooks accounts together very well. Any issues I have had the team, especially Prerit and Kriti, spent as much time as I needed to work with me and resolve the issues. They were not just knowledgeable in their own software, but also Quickbooks; this knowledge is ultimately what fixed my issues.

The benefit of using Webgility is effciency. Bringing in thousands of low dollar retail transactions basically seamlessly into QuickBooks is essential to running the business. I would like the loading of data to be quicker as QuickBooks is not accessible while it is running. I am excited to learn that I can expand my current stores to other platforms. As I am a new user, the tech support that I have received in the last month has kept us up and running! Thank you, Faizan!

Prerit was helpful reviewing current settings and determining how to improve the sync process with QuickBooks Online. The app is somewhat of a work-in-process for my situation, however I feel the Webgility team is constantly working to improve it. They take feedback and look for solutions. It's a pleasure to work with them.

We use Webgility to move orders from Shopify to Quickbooks Enterprise.
We appreciate the rapid resonse to any of our support issues!!

Been using webgility for a while now and there have been some issues syncing with Amazon & QB but the customer service has been great to correct the issues. Would def recommend Webgility

We have used Webgility for almost 3 years now. It is far superior to anything else we have tried. The app is fairly sophisticated and allows for a lot of specification and the customer service is very good. Like anything it has its issues, for example, we are currently dealing with an issue with our paypal payments refusing to post to QB. Nothing is ever perfect, but I always appreciate Webgility's diligence in making sure the problems are corrected.

When it works, its great! They often have updates that if you don't install can cause the scheduler to stop working. But their technicall support (last pers on I spoke to was Shobhit) is really great and they usually help resolve any issues quickly.
