I use this app to help me reconcile our bank statements and do bookkeeping. I really like how it makes my task easier. It would be nice if it had a good inventory integration between shopify and quickbooks

Update: 1/5/2023 After a frustrating start to getting a significant issue resolved, Mudasir stepped in to help decipher why data was being overwritten. His magic touch resulted in not only the problem getting solved, but set the stage for making sure it doesn't resurface.

My most recent interaction with Nehal provided insight into why an unexpected inventory issue occurred, and gave me the added understanding that it was not likely to be an ongoing issue. The Webgility connection between Shopify and Quickbooks is stable, and the support team does a great job.

shobhit updated webgility to 5.0 as webgility got deleted automatically , Added exception to the anti virus, reconnected shopify and quickbooks.

Amazing Customer Service, and when we did the Demo call Prerit our Implementation Specialist was AMAZING! His tone of voice, and patience to answer my questions and explain the features and capabilities of Webgility was great. Extremely thankful for him and for what Webgility is helping us do to manage our multiple stores, and keep accounting tidy and clean.

shobhit helped solve my technical issues quickly and got my store up and running quickly. I would recommend the Desktop Sync to any Quickbooks users.........

Although we haven't found a perfect solution to our e-commerce integration at this point, mostly because of Shopify's platform not really configured for B2B sales, I would rate Webgility highly because of their excellent customer service.
