This application is extremely user friendly! It has streamlined our web sales and has DRASTICALLY cut down on data entry. We run a large operation and use Quickbooks as our primary internal system and we were manually entering every web order until I happened upon this amazing application! Super fast and easy setup - and I am not the official tech dept :)

Great app that links my shopify POS site to QuickBooks. Webgility even provided the necessary support to get everything linked and working. The only negative that I have found is they do not handle discounts from Shopify correctly when the orders are posted to QuicBooks.
I had a wonderful experience with your customer service / development team. Suyash and Pritesh solved a really challenging problem expeditiously, thoroughly and professionally. When they realized after awhile on the phone with me yesterday that it would take some extra work to solve, they worked on their own (and even with developers at Shopify!) to solve the problem so that today's call only took 15 minutes and I magically have everything I need again! The software has been huge in helping me manage and grow my small e-commerce business and I have been, and will continue to, recommend it widely. Thank you, Suyash and Pritesh!
Webgility has been a life saver for our business. It has cut out thousands of hours of manual data entry, runs smoothly with minimal errors and the tech support has always been so helpful!
Great customer service. I have a custom store configured for retail and wholesale which required a bit of work to get ECC properly connected. Suyash from ECC's support was great at walking me through the process to do so. Everything is posting nicely to Quickbooks and saving a heap of time.
I've been using Webgility for about 5 years now- first with QB desktop and now with QB online. Customer support has been exceptional each time, during and after setup. The online connection is user friendly and easy to setup and maintain. The on boarding process is very thorough and covers all areas. If anything can't be immediately solved, support is on top of it and sees any issue through to resolution. Using Webgility has and will continue to be a solid time saver for our business.
