Great for keeping inventory up to date with Quickbooks. Support team (Vinayak) is very helpful if there are bugs or issues or you just need help with something.

Support is great!
Webgility (desktop version) is a very powerful tool. There is so much customization available for many unique circumstances. Once setup it can run in auto mode or you can do manual sync. There is a bit of a learning curve but Webgility support is AMAZING! I got a one hour on-boarding and a help line that is always available during regular business hours. I am still learning all that Webgility can do but help is only a phone call away and there is almost never much of a hold time to speak with an expert.

I just experienced what I have not experienced in a while with Aman Pachori today and that is a consistent customer service experience. Webgility has a staff dedicated to making sure every aspect of their software is meeting the demands placed upon it. I have already crashed and burned with two other Quickbook connectors in the past, and was very guarded when I was introduced to Webgility. It has been 5 months since I began using their integration tool and have been blown away by the wide arrange of options and smooth integration. Like anything tech there onboarding bumps, but every customer service person has been very knowledgeable of their product and will stay on the phone with you for as long as it takes to get the issue resolved. I wish there were more than five stars to give!!!

Nikhlesh Verma, our Webgility Expert is amazing!!! He is very knowledgeable regarding inventory sync in QBO, Shopify, Webgility. He is very patient, accommodating & beyond helpful. A great asset to Webgility.

I use Webgility to integrate with Quickbooks Enterprise. It is working well. If I have issues Webgility is quick to fix them. Smita has been very helpful with everything.

Webgility protects your time and integrity. We have a huge catalogue of products with constantly changing prices. The time and challenge of keeping prices and inventory in sync across multiple sales channels was very expensive. Webgility made this process nearly effortless and allows us to focus on the next sale, not the last. Two huge thumps up for the both the product and the support.
