Quick and simple to implement. A very useful app for syncing inventories and managing orders, with many features and options.
Very good onboarding experience with Faizan. The app works as expected, far superior to the default Quickbooks sync utility that they provide.

Great support. Easy to contact. Able to find work-arounds for certain features and seem to be proactively working on updates to help us with tracking inventory across multiple locations.
Customer support is good. eCC is good at importing our retail sales through shopify. Payments only imported when the sale is imported as a sales receipt and not an invoice. Accounting methods may need to change. eCC is not equipped to handle both retail and wholesale customers with multiple payment terms. There are also some challenges with regard to items that are both taxable and non-taxable. Refund need to be entered manually into QuickBooks. All in all, it is better than entering all the transactions manually into quickbooks.
We tried out six different Shopify to QuickBooks integrations and found each lacking needed features. In the end, we landed on Webgility Desktop. My only complaint is that I wish we could have used Webgility Online, but it doesn't support Shopify POS. Aside from having to set this up on a local computer, the software is probably the most flexible solution on the market, making it easy to conform to exactly how you want to run your accounting. And Prerit offers a very solid onboarding experience, taking to time to carefully go through all of our questions and make sure we have answers.
We have been using this app for a year and it definitely is a time saver vs hand entering the orders into our accounting system. The only flaw we have is that it only allows for one discount code to be imported into QB. The service team is great. ShOeb Khan and Aman Gauhar were extremely helpful when we needed changes made to our account. ShOeb called me back as promised and helped assure I was happy with my experience. Thank you
