I use this ap to help me post online orders to Quickbooks POS. I really like how it syncs the orders. I wish there was a better way to accept the sell gift cards online & use them in store. Webgility & Shopify want customers to only use the gift cards online. Also, I don't care for the way it records Sales Tax as a line item. Non-taxable & Taxable sales should also be broken down on the Tax Category summary report. Karen Doebbler, Accountant, Penner's, Inc.
I used this app to help me troubleshoot transferring products from QB to Webgility. I was able to figure out the issues and learn more about the product. The troubleshooting was successful.
I see Webgility / eCC's potential to make our life so much easier, but we've had a very difficult integration with Etsy, which has delayed launch significantly. Overall, though, it solves a series of problems we previously had no fix for around ecommerce, QB sales orders and inventory management.
Pros: we're able to post incoming shopify orders directly to QB -- with inventory auto-deducted -- w/out having to hand-enter sales orders. That is wonderful!
Great customer service and support portal.
Decent shipping portal.
Cons: while Etsy integration was promised to us, it has yet to fully work: variants don't map to QB inventory.
Shipping portal could use some more user-friendly tightening to the GUI / default settings.
Sales tax needs regional codes for in-state taxes -- this would make our life so much easier!

webgility Shopify sync to Quickbooks Online & eBay.
QBs worked well, tech support never got eBay sync to work. I cancelled and now they will not refund.

Paying for integration, it's slowly getting there. To download the desktop version and try to use it is next to impossible.
i have been working with Webgility for several years years and they are an integral part of our e-commerce business. There is one exceptional customer service expert I prefer who's name is Vipin (I call him the Viper) he never lets go of the problem and solves them in a time effective manner.
Do not Buy Desktop version Always glitches. Program Stops its own and not sync hours and hours ..Engineer team needs to work on it. Technical Support response so late they are in INDIA
It was a nightmare. We tried to replace an existing app with this one for our Quickbooks sync, however, this app reorganized our inventory by adding a duplicate SKU of each product and then went back three months and created new invoices for every sale receipt we had done! This caused our inventory to be way off as the new invoices created took another item from inventory. We are still trying to correct this mess on our second day of making corrections. The support chat was unanswered, so I am guessing they are on the east coast and have limited hours.
I like that this app syncs my store inventory and orders, etc. from Quickbooks Point of Sale to my Shopify online store and vice versa. I have just begun using this app so it will take some time to give a proper review, but I believe that this app is going to meet my needs wonderfully.
My onboarding with Faizan was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I look forward to using Webgility.
