Our inventory is maintained primarily in QuickBooks so it was important for me that the app was able to easily map shopify sku's to QuickBooks products. It can do alot of that work auto-magic-ally but it also allows for manual mapping as well.

This app does support QuickBooks Online Product Bundles, and unlike some other apps offers a solution to mismatched pricing between product bundles in Shopify and QuickBooks Online so that I'm not constantly having to go in and update synced orders to match the actual order price.

I waited too long to implement this software, I'm actually sad about all of the hours wasted on manual processes and other apps that just didn't meet the specific needs we have.

Kshitij did my implementation and he was phenomenal. Actually everyone I've interacted with at Webgility has been very professional and extremely helpful. I tend to be impatient with onboarding calls and such but Kshitij was responsive and flexible with me and showed me only what I needed to know rather than sticking to a script and wasting my time. Excellent customer service experience!

Best Support and best software I currently using for sale Channels. Saved me a lot of time and headaches. The support team are better than Amazon, FB, and google! Their team members well trained well spoken and very educated on their software.

The integration system is great and very user friendly. The customer support is absolutely wonderful too if you are not very tech savvy on your own.

Rahul provided excellent support. It took us a minute to understand how the software syncs data between Shopify & Quickbooks. Rahul walked us through what we needed to do to populate our systems with the correct data for each order.

We were off to a slow start with a few issues to fix. With a quick call to Tech Support I met Himanshu, a team leader for Webgility. He dedicated himself and his team and quickly and efficiently fixed the issues quickly plus helped me through the ins and outs of the app. Now the convenience of having my orders posted to Quickbooks for me has been a huge time saver. We searched for a very long time for an application that would accurately post all our accounting entries to Quickbooks. Webgility is the most robust tool that we found and it has worked flawlessy since we purchased it 2 months ago. We were looking for a solution that managed posting sales tax correctly and Webgility is the only app that posts orders w/sales tax amounts accurately....every time. It also does a wonderful job syncing purchase orders from Quickbooks to our site, eliminating hours of manual labor each day. I recently purchased a new laptop and bumped into a hurdle with the installation on my new laptop. After spending hours on the phone with Lenovo and Microsoft, Vipin (Webgility) spent time with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
