NAASR currently uses Shopify and Webgility usually does a good job synching the sales and updating inventory. Webgility help personnel are knowledgeable and polite and resolve errors easily. Aman Pachori was particularly patient and persistent in fixing the issues and getting our system back up and running properly.
Vinayak was great! He was so helpful and worked for hours on solving an issue. As far as customer service goes, I am very pleased!
