Webgility ‑ QBO & Xero Sync

Great experience so far working with Webgility. Initial setup was great and over all the app works really well. The only issue we have had is with mapping multiple products with the same sku and with deleted items that keep showing up in inventory as 'Out of Sync'. This is an awesome program to sync your POS with Shopify! The instruction was "hands on" and easy to follow! I am excited to really dive into this program!

testing this app versus THUB. Don't have quite enough experience yet but i can say their support is awesome. very easy to get a hold of someone and easy to resolve issue as they can do a remote login. so far so good!

Great support. Easy to contact. Able to find work-arounds for certain features and seem to be proactively working on updates to help us with tracking inventory across multiple locations.

We have been using this app for a year and it definitely is a time saver vs hand entering the orders into our accounting system. Great app. Helps save so much time from having to manually enter transactions. A lot of options to choose from to customize transactions.

Only wish there was a way to import transaction fees.

This is going to make life so much easier once I have my items mapped. I do think that the mapping feature needs a little change to enable you to search fields that would make it easier ! Other than that the software is great. Tech support is awesome

I am very happy with the app so far. Still a work in progress to get everything 100% active from our end but getting there. Looking forward to our first sales via webgility and shopify.
