I have been a web developer and eCommerce advertiser for more than 20 years. eComposer is without a doubt one of the best tools! The service is second to none. We recently worked with Elise and she was on point, efficient and really friendly.
I got stuck while trying to set up my first page. Caroline quickly hopped on and helped me out! She fixed what I was having trouble with, but also recorded a quick video for me to refer to if I get stuck with that again. I really appreciate that they have actual people available and helping you out right in the chat. Bots are ok, but not when you're already frustrated trying to figure something out, and who wants to have to send an email and wait several days for a reply of help? Nobody.
The App is very good and the online chat support is even better. I was struggling trying to create a landing page for my store. After two hours of doing some research on youtube, google and at the official ecomposer web, i finally decided to ask for help at the live chat of the App. Andy answered almost immediately when i asked and solved my doubt; including text and a video. I really appreciate Andy´s help.

I switched from a other page builder to E-Composer and I'm very happy with it. Here I also have the opportunity to work on themes that have not yet been published, which is a huge plus. The support is also great and I received a discount code upon request. Only recommended.
