Customer service was quick to respond, of which I was impressed with Andy, and the app is highly recommended for the level of module customization.
The app managed to get done what I required which was looping and auto playing videos on my site. Jennie helped to solve a problem we had with our pages getting wiped away from an Shopify theme update. An unusual problem to be sure, but managed to restore our content and get the app working again.
