Sometimes complicated to use because of the many customisations but the support team are excellent, on hand to quickly help with any questions - large or small.
The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the video uploading, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Jade was outstanding.

Great features that allows for vast customization. Interface is technical but intuitive nonetheless, you'll get used to it eventually. The customer support team was excellent in helping me with an app integration issue.
