I received first class, 5-star service from the customer support. My reluctance to use the text chat customer support was proven unfounded as within minutes of my request - support agent Jade was onto my problem and solved it effortlessly.
The app is excellent and helpful when building a website, and compliments Shopify well, even if I don't end up using it on my final design, I still recommend it. Susan was great and very helpful with her support.

We're using this app to better tell our story on the About and FAQ pages. The default Shopify content is very limiting. The EComposer blocks and sections, however, have nice customization options. Coming from a WordPress block editor background, EComposer is easy to use.
There are support articles and videos, but I did need the chat from inside Shopify to reach out about deleting a page, which seems silly. It wasn't a straight forward user experience and no article explained the steps. The online chat representative responded pretty quickly and shared the steps with words and a helpful screenshot.
This is a very efficient and useful app for many customization needs. Special thanks to Susan for her patience and help in making the site the way I want it to be.
