I was having some complications whilst building my site, I reached out to support on the bottom right of the screen & got my request answered by a representative named Danny. No questions, cut straight to the chase and knew exactly what to do to help with my issue. One of the many things I really like about EComposer for is how knowledgeable their support team are.
A very easy to use application, the drag an drop features were great, lots of options and looks really sharp. They also have a team always available to help and give always on chat support. Shout out to Andy, one of the team members for helping with some of our issues very quickly.
This plugin is very good to use, there are problems customer service also timely response, can solve a lot of queries, five-star recommended!

This app is packed with so many features that you won't need to shop around for any other page builder app. The customer service is outstandingly fast and efficient. I've reached out for help a couple of times and Andy was swift to assist me ensuring that all issues were resolved promptly.
So far, so good. The support team is quick to respond to any question and is helpful. I have dealt with Elise and Mia and they were both great.
I love it. It's the best you can find on the market. It helps me building the Home Page. With the help of Lily, she is really supportive and help me go through some stuff that a newbie like me do not know

Just worked with customer service (Elise) and it was the best support I have ever received. I had a problem with designing a specific feature and within about 2 minutes I received a personalised video of how to fix the problem (using my store).
