The settings are easily configurable and the customer service team is knowledgeable and vey responsive to in-app chat inquiries. I highly recommend it for non-creatives and non-programmers like myself. It's a great Shopify plug-in!

I need backend support to include specific show/hide rules for certain pages. The support received was exceptional. Ria was quick to respond and successfully implemented a solution without any issues!

We had a good experience with this app in the past and found it convenient to use. Unfortunately, the popups have recently stopped working on our store without any changes on our end. We’ve double-checked the settings, but the popup no longer appears.

Ria was a delight and this is a fantastic app! It is works a treat and I can't believe it is totally free, how wonderful.

The set up is easy, but it only have one size for the pop-up wheel. I uninstalled after 3 days. I can not have a pop-up wheel that takes over my homepage. That's ridiculous and there is no tech support on weekends. That is something very easy that should be in settings, not something I would need to talk to a tech support rep. Maybe, think of changing that for future customers.
