Do not use this app unless you want to lose money.

The app generates discount codes for individual subscribers, but these coupons are not account-locked and can be redeemed by anyone. As a result, the codes rapidly leak to the web, leading to an influx of unexpected discounts on the store. Furthermore, deleting the app or disabling the popup does not remove the active discounts from the store's system.

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the trouble and the concern this has caused. We fully understand that discount code behavior is a very sensitive matter for any store, especially when it may affect unexpected discounts or potential revenue loss.

Our development team is already treating this as a high-priority issue and is working on an urgent fix. Based on the current progress, we expect the fix to be completed next week. Once it is ready, I will update you as soon as possible.

The second I install this email pop up it apparently opens a security breach and it allows a ton of fake customer accounts to be created. I have spam bots checking my cart and doing fake check out. I had to circle back with Shopify for them to put a security patch back in and it stopped.

Our app is equipped with multiple layers of industry-standard protection, including reCAPTCHA (bot protection), Double Opt-in, and advanced front-end encryption. These features are specifically designed to block the exact "spam bot" activity you described. Furthermore, we have no other reports of similar issues from our global user base, which confirms that our security protocols are functioning as intended.

Often, automated bots target standard, unprotected Shopify forms (such as native login or footer sign-ups) that lack these advanced defenses. Since we have no record of you contacting our support team prior to this review, we haven't had the chance to help you identify the true source of these bot registrations.

I’ve been using the app for almost a year now without any issues and have been collecting emails. I needed help setting up the pop-up wheel, and the customer service I received via chat not only responded within seconds but also solved my problem very quickly. Thank you, Tessa!

*I installed the app in September 2024 and all has been working fine until 3-4 weeks ago when the pop up randomly changed the language and sent my new customers a registration in Welsh. This caused havoc with negative feedback so we switched off and contacted the provider. They have still not resolved it despite saying repeatedly they are working on it. I have not had a new subscriber for almost a month now. Giving up and going to another app.
***Update - Following this review my issue was dealt with very promptly and has been up and running again for a couple of weeks with no issues. However yesterday I asked a question about the possibility of customising the popup and was told to ask Shopify. I'm pretty sure I'll get the same response from Shopify as surely app modifications are the remit of the app provider. I'm guessing the answer to my question was no.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your customization question yesterday. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding in our support channel.

To clarify: App modifications and popup designs are absolutely our responsibility, not Shopify’s. However, because our app is deeply integrated with your Shopify theme, some "deep" layout changes might be limited by the theme's code—which is likely why our team mentioned Shopify.

Our technical team will review your request immediately. If it's a feature within our app's capability (or something we can tweak via custom CSS for you), we will do it for you immediately.

Hey I think there is not other apps better than sendwill not even the Klaviyo, providing most of the features for fully free of cost without any limitations and their branding... earlier i was getting only 3 to 4 leads a month and right now using this app around a 5 to 6 a day in just 6 days to install

Also there is one agent named Ria, who had solve one of my issue under just a 1 minute, She is Awsome reply like talking to their customers as like her besties Using GIF... generally most of the apps agent chat like a robot or in a formal language which is too bad for not getting relevent answers...
