ECF is an excellent App that has helped us gather user data for numerous projects. The customer support team is also very responsive and always quick to assist.
The tool is intuitive to use. The forms fulfilled exactly what we were looking for. The customer support and developers were extremely helpful, responsive, and quickly resolved an issue we had.
This app and support is top notch! Always quick to respond and extremely helpful, fixes any issues you may have in a timely manner.
5 star service and app! We've been using ECF's form builder for some time and no problems at all. Easy setup and integrates nicely on the page to blend in with your theme and branding. Their support team is friendly and really helpful. Would certainly recommend!

But then we realized it redirects users to malware / virus sites.
it was hard to notice as it only happens once per device. DO NOT USE THIS APP

We have replied your email confirming the same and you check Google Transparency Report that says "No Unsafe Content Found". Fantastic customer service. Quick response to technical issues. Easy to use. Able to direct queries to different e-mails depending on the different categories of enquiries (i.e. jobs, shipment tracking issues)
