I used this app to help me insert an image and change some colors on a few things. The service was amazing and super fast. Mr. C Patel was super helpful.
I'd really recommend this to anyone who would like to build forms for their websites.

Excellent support and quick responses from Chirag! He knows exactly what you need and was very helpful in getting our contact form up and running. The best features of this app are the ability to enable reCAPTCHA and multiple email recipients based on selections. Overall, highly recommended!

Just started using this to build out forms and came across an issue I could not resolve. Tech responded right away through chat and helped me resolve the issue - top tip, when adding options, do not use the enter key on your number pad :) So far very easy to use!

We had some really unique and custom requirements and this app solved our problems an works extremely well. It is very flexible and accommodates many different scenarios-- highly recommend using it!

Looks very clean.
But works not enough for me.
Placeholders cannot save any text.
Type areas also cannot save any changes.
Required check box as the same.

I'm so disappointed in this APP.
Hope it will be change better in the future.
