Even with complex tasks like paying taxes before the import; agents come up with solutions through the agreement with their delivery partners - all to to make your end-buyer experience as smooth as possible! We are really happy with their dedication!
If the product you ordered is unavailable, they will find another supplier with an identical product and take care of its replacement on your behalf. They also conduct proposals for the most similar product (if an identical product is unavailable) for you to approve or decline and request price difference to be assigned to your account balance if applicable.
These proposals raise the dropshipping business model to a new level when dealing with your clients while treating replacement proposals within the domain of quality control. Clients always appreciate transparency when it comes to image-real product deviation.
Eporlo is the best supplier I have used, communication is very good, I get a response very quickly and the shipping times are very consistent, usually 9-10 days to the UK! I will continue to use Eprolo, they are doing a great job.

Eprolo is the best app in the market. I have tried oberlo but thats a little expensive and shipping time is too much. EPROLO provides you with an agent that looks after the store matters and liaise with you about the products and other matters. Rosy is the agent for my store and she helps me a lot and respond quickly.
