Essential Countdown Timer Bar

The app is so so easy to use. It's reliable, simple but delivers what I need and I love looking at all my timers (email included) in one spot. As soon as my timers are up my sales are too. It is very clear they are making a difference in my sales.

I had a question regarding the countdowns, so I contacted support

On their app, it said they might take a few hours to get back to me — but that wasn’t true!

Within minutes, Samuel reached out and answered my question:

“Does the countdown show in my time zone or the customer’s time zone?”

He patiently explained (several times, with great detail) that everyone around the world sees the same remaining time — meaning the timer doesn’t adjust based on the customer’s location.

Because of that, I now understand that when I set it to end on “Date X, 12 AM,” it’s my 12 AM, not theirs!

The service was incredibly fast and excellent. Thanks to Wendyle for helping me resolve the issue so quickly. This is the best countdown app I've ever used.

However, I have one suggestion: I hope the countdown timer can appear horizontally on the screen, instead of just vertically.

Everything else is perfect, and I would recommend it to everyone.

Affordable for new business owners, easy to navigate and integrate. Plenty of options to customize the look and feel of the countdown. Loved being able to customize where and how the countdown timer showed up within my store, being able to choose specific products.

Easy to setup and when I needed a custom alteration to my layout I reached out to their support team who responded very quickly and Sebastian sorted it out for me straight away! Can't fault it so far...
