I needed help configuring our countdown timer on our homepage and opened a support ticket, not expecting to hear from anyone. Samuel replied to me within minutes, and we were able to load a working countdown timer within 30 minutes!

I just installed and created a timer. It was only showing for a split second. I contacted support, and not only did they respond quickly, issue was fixed within a few minutes. Samuel provided very quick support and answered my questions after the fix as well. Great customer service and looking forward to using the timer for BFCM!
