It's the best countdown app I've ever tried. The best thing is how easy it is to set up, it takes less than 5 minutes. I recommend it for its ease of use

I just installed and created a timer. It was only showing for a split second. I contacted support, and not only did they respond quickly, issue was fixed within a few minutes. Samuel provided very quick support and answered my questions after the fix as well. Great customer service and looking forward to using the timer for BFCM!
Every time I tried adding the timer to my collection or product page, it wouldn’t appear. I had to reach out to customer support, and since they don’t offer 24/7 service, by the time they fixed it, my sale had already ended.
Thank you for your feedback. The changes we implemented were specifically for the timer, which do not have the ability to alter the header or navigation bar. We reached out to you multiple times with an explanation and also offered additional assistance as a gesture of goodwill.
