So far so good, out of the box I have a decent range of features for my small business startup on their free plan. Support so far has been satisfactory as well. Will report back in the future if anything changes.

So far so good. Free package has most of options that you will need. For us worked the most css option, which we couldn't find at other apps, as we wanted to customize banner and make it minimalistic.

I’ve had a very poor experience with this app. The cookie banner previously stopped working on my store for over two weeks without me being aware, leaving my site effectively operating without proper GDPR consent in key markets and breaking conversion attribution for my ads.
Support eventually acknowledged the issue after I had to compile extensive evidence myself. I was told I would receive refunds and lifetime free access, yet I later discovered I had still been charged for months afterwards.
Most recently, the banner has stopped showing again and appears to be marking all visitors as declined, which completely breaks conversion tracking.
For an app that is supposed to handle compliance and consent management, reliability is absolutely critical. Unfortunately my experience has been the opposite.

I had an issue with the cookie consent icon displaying too large on my storefront, which didn't fit my minimalist brand aesthetic. I reached out to Consentik support and they were incredibly responsive—they fixed the sizing issue within minutes by adjusting it to 50px, which looks perfect now.
The support team was patient, professional, and even offered to make further adjustments if needed. They clearly care about getting the implementation right for each store.
