Priced well and works for most of our needs, though there are some flaws in the UI that inhibit functionality and haven't been resolved after reporting them 14+ months ago (can't add user from a mobile phone because the chat button blocks the Send button, as another user review reported below). we used evey for a charity event. We were first time users of the shopify platform and added evey. Once we got used to shopify and learned how to use evey with ticket sales, it was super beneficial. The support staff at evey was way above our expectations and they even offered to get on a zoom call to explain how the platform worked.

Sadly, although they show signs of promise the Ap and the Customer service is slow. Known issues they haven't resolved for some 2-3 months:
#1 - Can't send attendee messages - we've been told this is disabled because of spam. We need to do this regularly to send out information before an event. They've said, "we'll fix it soon"
#2 - The dang purple help window is in the way of a key button that ...

So far so good. Easy to install and set up an event - very customisable but at the end of the day it seems to work great. I had one technical problem that came up, one email and a online chat later it was resolved within 24 hours. thanks!
