This app has been extremely helpful to us as we start to launch a new program with weekly events. The chat support is very helpful and relatively quick to respond. There is room for improvement and requested features, hence the 4 stars, but they take requests and even let you vote on the requests of others to try and move them higher in the queue. Looking forward to some of the in planning updates.

So far this app is proving to be a great addition. Fairly simple and intuitive to use, and help was easily and quickly available when I needed it. I am now exploring how to adjust the styling to better match my store theme.

Great app if you need to sell tickets to an experience! I've needed changes and tweaks to the app several times over the couple of years I've used it, and the support I've received is always prompt and helpful.

This app is the clear winner after trying several ticket and event apps. The two essential features that push this app over the top are the custom email editors, and the ability for customers to assign their tickets to others. Also indispensable is the freedom the app creators have given merchants to customize the look of the app with CSS, allowing for a really seamless experience for the customer.

The quick response time for developer help and the tight integration with Shopify POS are also features that are important to me and make this app a great solution :)

Just installed it and it's pretty straight forward and easy to use! Really excited to be able to offer this off of the Airbnb platform and on my own site. I had a question and hit the chat button and someone got back to me within a minute or two and answered all my questions and was very helpful. So far, I'm stoked!

This is by far the best event scheduling calendar app that I have found. And I have tried a lot. Will definitely keep using and recommend to others.

There are a few minor glitches like having to upload a specific size picture, not being able to customize brand colors on the actual booking page, and having to reload the page after saving. However, every app out there has its own weird idiosyncrasies and I'll take these ones over any other app I've tried. Plus, their customer service is great and the app is continually improving.

Also, thanks for your constructive feedback. You've hit on a few things we're currently working on. Here's the status:
- Brand colors on the booking checkout flow: We're adding the ability to change the color of the button to be on brand very soon.
- Specific picture sizes: That's a theme conflict issue that we're working to not make an issue in the future.
- Reload of the page: This is an issue of how we interact with Shopify's draft rules. We're also thinking about how we can make this a more intuitive and reliable experience.
