Hunted around for many hours to find a simple app to create options for specific products that link back to other products in Shopify. This is effortless to use.

Perfect service, love it!

What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into a frustrating experience. I reached out to support and clearly described my problem, but Bruce (the operator) left me waiting for over 45 minutes with no response, only to send an automated message asking for my email so they could get back to me. There was no apology, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to actually help. If you are running a business and need timely or reliable support, I would not recommend this app.

I've been using the app for over a year and I have to say it's great. It does what I want and in communication their team is very helpful with immediate solutions to my concerns.
