The Optionify app is precisely what we were looking for in our Shopify store. It makes it very easy to add a dropdown field to the product pages for variants on products that require a small addition or modification to an existing product. The dropdown also allows to add a surcharge to the base price that gets calculated on the fly. After initially having it installed in a previous theme, we needed SolverCircle’s tech support to move it to a new theme. They did an outstanding job and even made some modifications to make the base price on the page dynamically change when changing the dropdown option. SolverCircle has a very responsive chat help and are friendly and diligent.

I originally added this app in 2017 and have had very good results until recently. It continually fails to recognize products so it is impossible to add new products to templates.

Best app I have found for our personalised products, app sometimes crashes and is not compatiable with the venture theme for staying on page when adding to basket. Very helpful support though! Would be 5 star if it had a live character count
Will not work with any theme with ajax cart
Really good app, tried a couple of other Options apps but this is the only one that has the flexibility that I need. I would not be ble to use Shopify without it, as we customise all our goods.

Had an update on template from designer, asked Solver Circle if I could have app code updated too - no problem, done really quickly & works well - Thank you
Poor Customer service. Denied their bugs even though it was their code and marked as Solver Circle's code.
Also published an old theme created almost a year back without thinking and changed the front end of the store to an almost blank template so my year's worth of work was lost on the front end.
Do not recommend them at all unless you're happy with a buggy app as well as them changing things on the front end to affect your live store!
Fast and friendly customer support! I needed to add a rather complex monogramming option for one of my products and this made the entire process streamline. Site feels and looks just as I wanted it to.
Update-
The developers have been the most helpful of any app I've used in answering questions and helping me make site adjustments. This is the only app to use for customization!!!
This app has done everything we could have hoped for in the 4 months we've been using it, is easy enough to use and the support from Solver Circle is brilliant.
I have been using this app for years and It’s very helpful. When I have an issue, I just send them an email and they reply within a few minutes. They are very helpful and they solve the problems very quick.
