Great app that solved the irritating issue with Shopifys limited options. The guys at the support are THE BEST. Extremely professional and quick!

Wonderful app and excellent customer service! I tried different apps and I can say without a doubt that this is the best app in regards to price and customization. They installed it within the specified period of time and when I asked them to adjust something they fixed it right away. It is also very easy to use.

Decent app for the drop down options (food add ons) for our food delivery site. It's still a bit fiddly on my desktop compared to my phone app, but it's fine for me right now. It would be great if there was a function for the customer to choose more than one quantity of the same item, as part of the multi select drop down menu. They have always been very fast to respond to my problems and enquiries. Thank you!

Just figuring out the app and am pleased with the responsiveness of support...even during the pandemic. We have art images that are available in different matted sizes so needed a pull-down option with different prices. Seems to do that well!

Installation team installed and they said it's ready to use. but no... i've set some options but nothing shown on my product page. i've watched guide video several times and still no idea why it's not working. I've sent an email with screen shots of my setting and waited for 12 hours... no any answer. i don't want to spend more time to try this app.. better look for another one.

Pros :

We have been using another app for product customisation, especially photo upload, the main issue we were facing is once the customer clicks on add to cart it takes a few minutes to upload the photo and proceed to check out But there is no notification on the app about the process is ongoing due to which buyer exit from the website because they think the site is frozen. with this app , that issue is fixed. They have process notification symbol, and they can even show a text like " upload going on " - you will have to contact their customer support for that.

Works fine but some difficulties if used with Langify. Excellent technical support.

Easy to set up (providing I'm doing ti right). Would have liked support to be available while setting it up to ensure all my work doesn't go to waste due to some error. Pity it takes so long to accept the user invite.

It doesn't work on Shoptimized Theme. But for standard (old Themes) is good. A lot of features.

I am pretty please with this product and the support I receive.

The configuration of the product options is easy and intuitive. We are building a number of products and it helps that we can create templates that are easily applied to each product. Saves time and reduces effort required.

Their support is also great. We went through 2 rounds of installation due to our indecisiveness and they gladly helped out within 24 hours.

Just an update - we went through another round of change and the team at Product Options and Customizer was kind enough to help us out again.

Since my last review, we have been setting up the options for our products. Although the customising takes effort, it does provide us with the functionality that we need. I will still maintain my 5 star rating for this app.

LOST HUNDREED OF DOLLARS WITH THIS APP BECAUSE SIMPLE! IT DIDN'T WORKED . app didn't charged customers for extra options selected and it's unprofessional to ask them to add an extra amount to the price as they already paid! Contacted them a couple of time they were not ablt to fix the problem! I asked for any discount because with them I lost a lot of money and they said NO hah.... the problem is not in discount ,,, the problem is that app doesn't work and you will lose your time and money! BE CAREFULLY

Good so far, I tried other similar apps, had no clue what to do

I had been searching for a custom product app for a long time after my previous one had shut down, I used about 3 different apps during their trials and 2 of them didn't even get back to me for days at a time or couldn't answer the troubleshooting questions I had. All it took was 1 email to install the extra product options and that was it! creating the options WAS EASY! not complicated at all!

Excellent! very easy to use. Lets you create individual options for each product or many products as a template. I use it to create different shipping options and prices for each product which saves me alot of money.

Did not work for Jumpstart theme (a shopify theme) and I felt it was a bit of a hack job, with a product that shows up in your store but can't be deleted. However, maybe it works well for other themes. Wasn't right for me unfortunately.

Good support, good app, just need auto manage inventory for some options

So far, i'm totally frustrated... All the other apps I've used have given instant support, and I finally got an emailed response saying they'll "TRY" to get to my installation by tomorrow. Um no. How are other apps offering awesome customer service and a paid app can't? Not impressed.

I love the APP but am having problems getting all of products to display to turn options on for each product. Any ideas? Within less then 24 hours the Customer Service Dept. had this problem fixed. KUDOS to them!

This is my 2nd time using this app. I deleted the app to explore my options but none compare to this app for the price, so I'm right back! Customer service was on point and they even installed the app for free for a 2nd time!

I just got this app and I am having problems with. It would be nice if there was a chat or phone number to talk to someone with questions. I am in my free trail and may not get to the 10 days. Support lacks!!!!

Great App! Fixed Every weird Custom Product issue we had. I wish we would have installed it sooner, and avoided the weird shopify complications that we were having. Response was 24 hours!

Great service and customer care

If I could give this app less starts, I would. The installation instructions are extremely difficult to follow. The only way to contact customer support is via email which takes 8+ hours for a response AND they have no way to offer assistance to stores with certain apps already installed.
I have now been contacted several time by the developer asking me to remove my review. I attempted to use this app, it did not work for me and customer service was very slow in any sort of a reply. When they finally did reply it was to tell me they couldn't help me and to remove my review. Customers be warned!

I will definitely recommend this app. The support is superb and even though I kept making changes, they still assisted and made it work each time. Great work

My products have ton of options and I was so disappointed when I found out that Shopify can only handle 100 variants...
I then looked for an app and tried many of them before finding this one.
It is by far the easiest and most affordable out there.
I'm not too advanced and I had questions. I dreaded the support "TICKET" but to my surprise I got my app installed and my questions answered in plain English in less than an hour!
Wow! If like me, you do have many product options, try this app. You will glad you did, saving money and headaches :)
