One of our reels went viral to 100 million view so of course we sold out. But with a container on the way we decided to take preorders for the first time. Not a bad app, but did not fit our needs. I uninstalled the app on Nov 2nd and on my latest Shopify bill ( Nov 14) I was charged $5
Hello there. This is how app charges work in Shopify. You are invoiced initially but you are not actually charged until your monthly Shopify billing cycle. You have been issued a refund. To others reading this, this merchant reinstalled 2 weeks later to leave a negative review, apparently unaware of how Shopify billing works for apps, instead of reaching out to support for a refund.
You can't change the color of the button. It is not filled and same color as the background which makes it hard to see. The presale button is one of the most important parts of the sales funnel
amazing but can you guys add pre-order badges

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Theapp had an unexpected issue on the backend yesterday. Fortunately we were able to resolve the issue within a few hours. We have refunded all of your app charges due to the trouble.
This is a great app - straightforward to set-up and use when we are out of stock!
I love the ease of use, it would be nice if It opened the item when I added them to make the adjustments, but otherwise I have no complaints.
Does the job, easy setup and use - allows me to have more stuff in my store.
"sold out" is no longer an issue.

Does not seem to work on featured product!!
That is correct, the app currently only changes the button on the product page, not the featured product sections. However we are clear about stating this in the FAQ section of the app.
Thebapps has worked well for us. We have used it to avoid purchasing too many products for resale and it has been amazing.
