We have used this App 1 month. We need online chat tools to improve the customer service experience.
This App has many useful features and is very easy to set up. We also encountered problems during the use process, and their team was able to quickly help us solve them.

We have had the app installed for a few weeks and it works well and was easy to add to our store. We had some issues with Facebook's guest mode policy and messages expiring after 1 day, so switched to having the 'leave message' live to avoid any missed messages. We had some problems setting this up with our email, but the app support team were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their support team and developers kept in touch and resolved our issue promptly. I'm still getting the hang of the app features but everything I ask if I can do is possible and the chat support is great. They have even taken the time to raise issues on my site that aren't specifically linked to Ping Me too.
