This application is of substandard quality. Despite the availability of customer service within the first 24 hours, subsequent communication has been lacking. Additionally, the application experiences technical difficulties, resulting in poor transmission of event notifications.

Initial experience was very good. i tried on my store and the events are fully logged however the API seems to take longer to update than i thought.

Installed the app and support was very helpful but then after a few days i realised my ads manager tracking was even more off than before I installed the app. spoke to support who came up with ridiculous reasons why the app wasn't working then after half an hour chatting they said their app was clashing with other apps I have. in the end, I just removed the app forever. only wasted days of good pixel data.

Thanks for taking your time to share your concern and we are sorry for the negative experience you had with the tracking issue.
As we checked the reason is because of the discount app that make the order not go through Shopify thank you page, which is not possible for our app to track purchase event. Our developer tried to customize the code but it can't work as the order obviously did not go through Shopify thank you page.
We do understand your frustration and apologize for all inconveniences caused to you.
In any way, if you decide to not use the discount app that conflicts with our code, please contact us, we are more than happy if we can support you.

I was contacted by Tracy with some issues about my pixel. She handled very fast and she fixed my problem in minutes! Very glad to have this kind of support from Tracy and that my tracking is much better now, would recommend! Don't hestitate to use Omega pixel for the best tracking!

really good app. I had an issue with my data tracking and duplicated events on facebook pixel but this solved the issue and helped me get more accurate data. I had a slight issue pop up regarding my pixel but their support was super helpful in finding the issue. Stella was very helpful in putting me through to Huy who helped with my initial problem and the Trong (kaze) went even further buy taking over my screen and interacting with my interface to find the root of the problem. Definitely recommend this app !
