Simple to use, but it has some really sophisticated features if you want to dig below the surface.

Fairing lets us understand how the shopping experience impacted our customers. We're using a combination of onsite surveys, post-purchase and post-delivery surveys to learn how we can improve our overall customer experience.

The Fairing team is really impressive with customer service. I hadn't reached out before and needed help with the Google Sheets integration and they helped with everything! Awesome service, and great product.
