I have had a GREAT experience so far. Never did I expect to receive such incredible customer support from an App. Cara (spelling?) is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help out. She is so patient and kind as well. 10/10

This app is awesome! We are from Germany and had problems to connect our Shopify store with Amazon FBA. The app solved this perfectly. It's easy to install and then everything works as expected.

And the best: The support is awesome!

Cara was such great help! She even took the time to make a video for me specifically to help me with my shipping details. Great customer service!! I would definitely recommend ByteStand to FBA Sellers on Amazon. Happy happy happy!!

So far so good! It's a brand new app for me, so I haven't fully experienced the full capabilities, yet. I will say, I love what it's promising to do! Sending tracking ID numbers for FBA shipments to customers is a major plus for us and helps take the stress off our customer support team.

I also love that you can do a free shipping after spending a certain dollar amount, which doesn't work if your products are fulfilled by Amazon alone, they only allow weight-based options. It's very nice how it displays to the customer at checkout the different shipping options and the price that goes with the option.

The customer service is amazing! I'm looking forward to the future of this app :)
