DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (in different regions of the world)! Note that if you are in the US and want to enable Amazon FBA Fullfillment you can't do it for international orders. Which means if you get a mix of orders, you can only have Amazon fullfill the orders to US addresses and not international but the whole thing breaks down because you can't just fullfill them yourself...the customer can't check out internationally!

So frustrating to spend hours because it says "Amazon FBA fulfillment both in the US and abroad" but after hours and then speaking to them on the phone, they told me it wasn't possible. And you can't simply choose to fullfill the International orders on your own as it can only be Amazon 100% or you need to install and pay for Locksmith and clone all your products and then have those be only available internationally....

Either way this product won't let you fully outsource the fullfillment! So frustrating!!! You really need to change the messaging!

the support engineer, Cara, is very knowledgable. Answer all the questions in quick manner and especially the video recordings make things easy to understand. Thanks.

The customer service is very supportive and answers all my questions, however as the app doesn't have dashboard and SKU mapping table, I am doubt if it would run normally everyday, I don't want to know the problem only after my customers experienced the problem, so I delete the app within the trial period.

Cara from customer support helped us set the app up on all 3 of our stores, which makes the integration process so easy. Once up and running we haven't run into any issues and if we have any questions customer support is always helpful and gets back to you quickly if they are offline. Would definitely recommend!

this app is not transparent about their pricing. I had to spend a lot of time using it before i could figure out how much it was actually going to cost me. It the end, this app would cost me 4x the price of other apps i've already used, that do the same thing.
Frustrating because it's just a waste of my time.
Make a good product and be transparent.
Pricing is only visible once you’re connected everything and spent time setting it up.
It took a long conversation with the chat agent to even figure out the costing.

“Starting at 25$/markletplace would” might be a transparent way to communicate.
No need to obscure the pricing. It just makes you look bad.

Our app was only installed for a total of 15 minutes, which simply isn't enough time to ascertain our value. Furthermore, inside the app all our pricing is laid out plainly so shops can customize it to their exact needs.
