I was disappointed to see that the app won’t record visitors from the checkout pages and won’t record any numbers on the page.

Hey Jalalo,

Unfortunately, due to limitations from Shopify, we're unable to track checkout pages, BUT if you're on Shopify Plus, you can add our tracking code to the checkout and record visitor sessions there :)

Regarding numbers, we do that to protect user privacy and comply with GDPR and CCPA protection rules, so things like address, credit card info, etc., aren't recorded on sessions.

Love it!! I got started with the Starter package but then upgraded to a bigger one to monitor our entire traffic, and so far it’s been great.
