My review is based entirely on the customer service inrexeibed. The app itself is still new to me, but so far I like what it offers. I was working on the app late night and Sandesh answered my chat question. I have to admit I wasn’t expecting a response as fast as I did. Not only did Sandesh help me with my initial question, but several follow up questions as well. Customer service is top notch!

I was having some trouble uploading my digital product to my shopify that youtube couldnt even properly instruct me on how to from scratch. I reached out to shopify and they connected me to filemonk support and Anaam was such an amazing help! In just one email that she responded to I had my issue resolved. She was able to provide me with the proper help with no hesitation, definitely keeping filemonk around because of her outstanding effort.

Asked for a bulk delete feature and they installed one right away. Very good service. These guys rule. Use them for your digital downloads, you won't regret it. The app works perfectly and is better and cheaper than the others I have tried here. And I tried them all!

Works perfectly! We use Filemonk to distribute our dowloadable software and also use their license generating. Integrating the api, our customers have instant access.
