I recently started using the 'Uploadly' app for my online business, PortrayMe, where we provide AI-generated artistic transformations of individuals. this product is great I used it and work well with no issues

My store had an old, not so easy to use theme installed and i was having trouble incorporating this app.

I reached out to support and in less than a few hours (Keep in mind i went to sleep for about 7 hours) woke up and had this issue resolved.

Support was extremely prompt with responses and helped me get everything i needed from this app.

Fast and super efficient to resolve an issue I was having - can't say enough great things!

Anna helped me with an issue where I thought Uploadly was conflicting with another personalization app by a supplier Im using, but turns out I was targeting that collection in error and Anna was able to help me promptly and very quickly. Customer support so far is great. Haven't had other errors with the app so far.
