Real mixed bag here. Flow has become an integral part of how we operate our store but my god is it frustrating to use at times. I'm here today writing this review out of frustration at recent depreciations. This flow app works great. If you every think it does not then you need to retrace the flow and see what the issue is. I set up for hiding out of stock items for a certain supplier and noticed it was not acting as expected and the documentation told me where the condition became false. Abandoned checkouts doesn't work, I get the error that the customer is not signed up to marketing.. I don't require my customers to sign up for marketing emails, with no option to just send a simple email, this app is pretty much useless for my store.

NIGHTMARE... I very rarely right reviews and negative ones at that. I have never found something that should be so simple a challenge. Shopify staff can't help because we can't speak to them directly. If you want automations for emails and sales, I would spend your time with another program. I have spent to much time on something so simple, with very little success.

When it works, it can be beneficial but it doesn't work often, and the support for this app is useless. When you speak with Shopify support, no one seems to know or understand the app.
