This is hands down one of the best apps on Shopify. We’ve been using it for years, and I can’t even remember when we first installed it - it has worked flawlessly ever since. The most impressive part? We’ve only ever used the free features. On the rare occasions when I needed support (just twice over the years), the team responded immediately and resolved everything quickly. If we ever need any of their paid features, this will be the first place to check.

Easy to use forms with functionality for everything you'll ever need in Shopify! Built-in styling works great and there are options for those of us who like to add custom CSS styles too.
