It's worth the purchase. Hulk Form Builder does exactly what I need it to and more. As our business is heavy consulting, we rely on data collection and these forms are ideal. The cost is competitive, forms are easy to customize and aesthetically they look very professional. My best experience has been working with their support; It's like I can contact them at any time in the morning or night and someone is available to resolve any issues or help and very quick to provide the right solution the first time. Easy to build forms into your shop. I had some coding issues with a link I included; I contacted customer service, they were quick and very helpful to fix the issue.

I dont think i have ever went out of my way to try to log in just to make a review but they really deserve a 5*.

Although I am just using the free version, i am happy with it that i actually want to switch to the paid version once i set up some advanced conditional logic. This app is great and very extensive.

Very comprehensive form builder with sufficient customization options. I tried a number of form apps and this was the one that actually worked with my Horizion theme site. There was a small glitch with a form in Safari and their support team fixed the issue right away. Highly recommend this app!

The app is wonderful, but it is confusing, baffling, and painful to implement in any but the most simple ways. On the other hand, the on-line help is terrific, once you get past the AI, the role of which seems to be to refer you to articles that tell you what you already knew. I've spent hours and hours, and still cannot get Hulk to transfer data to my Google Sheet.
