MAG: Form Builder

My forms stopped sending me email notifications that a form had been submitted. I emailed their support multiple times on support@myappgurus.com and never got any response. I also used their chat option to leave a message saying to email me and also never got any response. I don't like to leave 1-star reviews, but I am fed up with the lack of support.

After trying a few different form builders which had limited customization, I was really pleased to find this one. I was able to build exactly the form I needed.

When I wanted a custom colour change to the automated emails the form generates, I contacted customer support and they made the change for me straight away.

The form is simple to use and the MyAppGurus team have been super helpful. When they changed the form function they offered to make the changes for us. We took them up on the offer and the new form is working great for us.

I signed up for a free plan, installed the app, and set up the form, and everything was running smoothly at first. However, without any prior notice, the app suddenly stopped working. I only found out because users began informing me that they were unable to submit their forms. It turns out the company decided to eliminate the free plan without any warning. This abrupt change caused a lot of inconvenience and disruption, as we relied on this app for our operations. The lack of communication and sudden termination of the free plan left us scrambling to find an alternative solution, leading to frustration and a loss of trust in the company's reliability.

Created My forms in minutes, had one small issue but Ashu helped.
UPDATE: not even two weeks later I was sent a email claming based on feedback from customers like me it is more beneficial to remove the free basic tier and they are charging two different price plans. I was given one day notice about it. The inconvenience of having to set this up only for them to contact me out the blue and say this is just not good.

I am very satisfied with this app.
I was looking for a product request form to place on to a webpage and through this app I managed to display on the store.
I also needed to contact the customer service, the issue was solved fast, reliable and I received a feedback of the cause.
I am rating 5 stars this app because it is a good app with good customer service and fits my needs.

I have had some great parts of this app and some frustrating parts, but the people who work for the app were able to fix my issues. For this, I’m giving this app 5 stars again. They were able to fix the initial horrendous look for the responses and now the responses look great.

So happy with the app and the service from the support team! Amazingly quick response time, I had my changes sorted within an hour of adding the app. I also found that I had to add an element to the form, then go back out, then back into that element before my edits would save. But overall, the form looks excellent and it was FREE! Completely brilliant.

Can't believe this app is free and also the online support is amazing, like others have mentioned, was looking to apply some custom CSS and the support folks were straight on it explaining what to do! All the options you could possibly want for a form are here, color picker, ranger selector, drop downs, email, text boxes, and many more. Highly recommended!
