MAG: Form Builder

This was easy to use and set up for someone without any website or form experience. Any issues were met quickly when contacting customer support!

I wasted a lot of time with this app. At one point, I couldn't save any changes anymore. So much work for nothing... It's user-unfriendly in some places, especially with longer forms containing 20 or more questions. Otherwise, it's very simple and logically structured. But at one point, I couldn't save anymore. The file seemed to be corrupted. And this happened while the app was running. After a week of customer service being unable to help, I had to delete the app and choose a new one. I wasted a lot of time and have dissatisfied customers as a result.

After trying a few different form builders which had limited customization, I was really pleased to find this one. I was able to build exactly the form I needed.

When I wanted a custom colour change to the automated emails the form generates, I contacted customer support and they made the change for me straight away.

The form is simple to use and the MyAppGurus team have been super helpful. When they changed the form function they offered to make the changes for us. We took them up on the offer and the new form is working great for us.

Great App - lots of options and simple integration into my shopify store.

When we had a technical issue, it was responded to in under 5 minutes and the problem was resolved in under 20 minutes.

I signed up for a free plan, installed the app, and set up the form, and everything was running smoothly at first. However, without any prior notice, the app suddenly stopped working. I only found out because users began informing me that they were unable to submit their forms. It turns out the company decided to eliminate the free plan without any warning. This abrupt change caused a lot of inconvenience and disruption, as we relied on this app for our operations. The lack of communication and sudden termination of the free plan left us scrambling to find an alternative solution, leading to frustration and a loss of trust in the company's reliability.

It’s a great App which has allowed me to build a custom jewellery form for my clients to complete. Which has enabled me to capture information from my clients in one simple way so that I can create their custom piece

I wrote this review because the app's creators unexpectedly eliminated the free tier and started charging for their services without any prior notice.

Since posting my review, I've been bombarded with emails claiming that the issue has been resolved. However, the free tier remains unavailable, so I'm unsure what exactly they have 'fixed'. Today, I received a phone call and multiple text messages from the owner, Dhruv Jain. This kind of persistent and intrusive communication is highly inappropriate and unprofessional, and it only serves to further frustrate users rather than addressing the actual issue.

Best form-making application, created the form in 2 minutes with just three steps. Also, customer support provided custom CSS to match theme color.
