I'm in love!
Originally I just wanted a form. But then I realized that you can include automations. For example "add a tag to a customer" when they fill a form. With Shopify Flow, you can then do ANYTHING you want based on that tag.
With these endless possibilities I'm able to Award Loyalty points to a customer for filling a Form. How crazy!
And Stefano helped me set it up. Such friendly and timely responses, I'm so excited about the whole experience. Definitely recommended!!
Great app and does exactly what we need! Our theme was not supported yet but the customer service was 10/10 and they implemented our theme in their app and a few hours later, we were able to start using the Contact Forms

I am super happy with this app AND the customer service. A very knowledgeable team member guided me patiently through a very easy solve (that was my mistake) and now I have a great form that automatically emails to both customer and I, fits beautifully with my theme and is extremely easy to use. Thank you!
This a great contact form for my Shopify Store! Shopify default form is horrible for the Dawn theme, seriously. This form did everything I needed for my shop and works great! Highly recommend this form and Stefano is great! Very quick response and fixed my very small issue! 5 Stars for sure!
