Great app, it looks very professional on my store!
i have added the bar to show that free sipping is available. It looks great but I haven't had any sales yet to see how it worked to increase sale value.
I used this app to help generate more sales. To set the bar for free shipping. I have not actually seen it work. I just signed up. I think you have to ask for reviews once we use the product first. I do believe the concept is good, so we will see.

Good little app. Plenty of scope for customisation and changing settings so you can set up a banner that's fitting for your site. Well laid out and documented admin area.
